I did my PhD in Sabanci University, Istanbul. I explored the role of miRNAs in autophagy pathway. Directly after my graduation, I joined the Agami lab as a postdoctoral fellow. My research line focuses on functional genetic screening approach in order to gather better understanding of regulatory regions in cancer.
